REFUND POLICY
At ST3LLAR : M3RCURY, we want you to love what you ordered. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at t33.d0tz@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct item at no charge.
Lost Packages If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate and resolve the issue.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
